Claight Corp. publishes market research and procurement intelligence reports across industry verticals. Purchases made through our website, by email or by phone are covered by this policy and our disclaimer.

All purchases are final. Please read all the information available about a report before you order it.
Cancellations and refunds
Our reports are digital products, so orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once they have been processed. In exceptional cases we may offer credit towards a future purchase. Where a refund is granted in special circumstances, bank or card processing fees are deducted.
Questions before you buy
If you have any doubt about a transaction, please raise it with us before you make a payment or purchase.
Transaction errors
If something goes wrong with a transaction, contact our customer service team straight away so we can put it right.
Reports already sent
Because reports are delivered digitally, we cannot accept returns or give refunds for reports that have already been sent.
Problems with report data
If a report's data is incomplete, missing or different from what was agreed, contact our sales team and we will resolve it.
